Do you ship worldwide?

Currently, we only ship within the United States. We are working on expanding our shipping options to include international destinations in the future.

How quickly are orders processed?

Orders are typically processed within [1-3] business days. During high volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can also log into our website with your email and track your order status in the "My Orders" section if you placed the order under your registered account. If the order was placed without signing in, please click here and enter your Order Number and Email Address to see your order details.

Can I change my order?

You have a 2-hour window from the time of order placement to request any changes or cancellations, provided your order hasn't been processed yet. Please contact our Customer Service team at info@mediatribehub.com as soon as possible.

What payment methods do you offer?

We accept PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, as well as the usual Mastercard and Visa.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

How long do I have to return an item?

You have 15 days from the date of delivery to return an item. Please ensure that the items are in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.

How do I initiate a return or exchange?

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our Customer Service team at info@mediatribehub.com with your order number, the reason for the return or exchange, and any relevant photos if the item is defective or damaged. Our team will provide you with further instructions.

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?

What should I do if I received a defective or incorrect item?

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Service team at info@mediatribehub.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos within 15 days after the delivery date. We will provide instructions on how to return the item and ensure you receive a replacement or refund.

How long does it take to process a return or exchange?

Once we receive your return, we will process it within 5-7 business days. You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed. For exchanges, the new item will be shipped out as soon as the original item has been received and inspected.

Do you cover the shipping costs for returns?

We cover the shipping costs for returns or exchanges due to defective or damaged products, incorrect items received, size or fit issues, and expired delivery time. For returns due to change of mind, customers are responsible for return shipping costs if the order has already been processed.

What size should I order?

Please refer to our sizing chart available on each product page. The chart provides measurements for different sizes to help you choose the best fit. If you have any questions about sizing, feel free to contact our Customer Service team at info@mediatribehub.com.

What materials are your products made from?

Our products are made from 100% combed cotton, featuring a 26 count plain weave. They are pre-shrunk and reactive-dyed for long-lasting color. The fabric weight is 280g/m², ensuring durability and comfort.

How should I care for my garments?

To ensure the longevity of your garments, follow these care instructions:

  • Wash inside out in cold water on a gentle cycle with mild detergent.
  • Do not bleach, soak, rub, or wring.
  • Wash with like-colored garments.
  • Hang dry and avoid direct sunlight.
  • Iron, steam, or tumble dry at low temperature (max 30°C or 90°F).

Are your products true to size?

Our products are designed to be true to size according to the sizing chart provided. However, if you are between sizes or prefer a looser fit, we recommend choosing the next size up.

How often do you release new collections?

We release new collections periodically. Sign up for our newsletter or follow us on social media to stay updated on our latest releases.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes, our gift cards are entirely digital and come with straightforward instructions for easy redemption at checkout. After you complete your purchase, we’ll send the gift card straight to your inbox. From there, you can forward it to your chosen one—be it a dear friend, a secret admirer, or your significant other.

Our gift cards are valid for 3 years, giving plenty of time for the lucky recipient to find their perfect OOTD Club piece.
